The below photo's are a photo journal for my website visitors to enjoy. I have been fortunate to have been able to travel from time to time and with each trip, I photograph turfgrass conditions that I encounter. I will continue this forum and add to the photo's (and of course soil profile samples) as I continue to travel from place to place.


This is a visit I made to the University of Florida stadium also know as "The Swamp".	This is a Soil Profile taken with the Mascaro Profile Sampler showing the soil at the University of Florida stadium. Notice the nice consistency of sand and no layering, even on the stadium field where sod is replaced from time to time.

This is Ed Attalla when he was Sports Turf Manager at the University of Florida for the 2006 season before going back to the Jacksonville Sun's from which he came.	This is the 61st Annual Oklahoma Turfgrass Show in Stillwater Oklahoma. I was invited to speak on the program there and also had the opportunity to exhibit some of our diagnostic tools.

This is the Oklahoma State University baseball field at Allie P Reynolds Stadium on the Stillwater campus.	This is Bryan White, former Turf and Field Supervisor at Oklahoma State University. He is showing his soil profile from the Baseball field.

This is the Oklahoma State University Lewis Field at Boone Pickens Stadium in Stillwater. The surface is artificial Turf.	This is Bobby Bowden Field at Doak Campbell Stadium back in 2006. I Attended a fall football game there.
